PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The vehicle will be registered and titled exactly as you have registered above. Be sure to complete this form accurately and inform your clerk if there are changes on an already existing account. If changes need to be made after the sale, there will be a $35 document fee plus any title corrections fees if necessary. A buyer's fee is charged to each vehicle registered. All sales must be PAID IN FULL on sale night or no later than noon the following business day, we do not offer financing. The vehicle CANNOT be moved from DAE property until the vehicle has been paid in full. There is a $50/day late fee charged to all vehicles not paid on time. Delaware Auto Exchange will only accept cash, certified funds and credit /debit cards (3% Surcharge). Title delayed/title attached vehicles are sold with an announcement that the title is not available at the time of the sale. The seller has 21 business days to get the title to the auction. At this time a clerk will notify you that your title is ready for pick up. DAE suggests that all buyers of title delay vehicles refrain from spending money on repairs, improvements, towing, etc. until title is received. Any money spent on the vehicle will not be reimbursed to the buyer if the title is unable to be produced by the seller within the 21 business days. A temporary tag is included in the buyer's fee and will be issued to ALL public buyers for a 30 day period. You must submit a $400 cash deposit for each vehicle you are planning to purchase. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the night if a vehicle is not purchased. To obtain your refund you must return your bidder's badge provided at the point of registration, as well as provide your driver's license. If your purchase a vehicle you will be required to show proof of insurance on another vehicle owned by you, or obtain insurance on the vehicles that you purchase before you will be allowed to remove the vehicle (s) from DAE property. You will not be permitted to use someone else's insurance unless they are (1) registered as a co-buyer at the time of registration or (2) the vehicle purchased has been added to their policy with proof. The co-buyer will need to provide a driver's license for identification. All vehicles are sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds if you decide you no longer wish to keep the vehicle after you have won the bid. I/WE HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND/OR GENERAL POLICIES WHETHER LISTED ABOVE, ANNOUNCED, OR DISPLAYED ON AUCTION PREMISES. I/WE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I FORFEIT MY DEPOSIT (S), WILL BE BANNED FROM DELAWARE AUTO EXCHANGE AND LEGAL ACTION MAY BE PURSUED IF I/WE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND /OR GENERAL POLICIES AND DO NOT PAY FOR VEHICLE (S). I/WE ALSO UNDERSAND THAT THE BIDDER'S BADGE IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE TURNED IN TO RECEIVE DEPOSIT BACK BY ITS HOLDER.*
